We currently offer wedding films & wedding photography as separate services, and not packaged together. This is only so that we can accommodate our clients with the best service & staff available at this time. As of now, that usually consists of just myself, or my 2nd camera person & myself, just depending on the package that you book. If we are able to secure enough skilled help to cover both photography & video for your wedding day, then we will definitely accommodate you, but we just like to ensure that we effectively cover your day with the services that we advertise for in order to give you the best quality possible in your final products! ***TRAVEL & LODGING: Travel & Lodging expenses are added for all distances over 20 miles from Columbia, SC. Travel for driving distances up to 2 hours away includes a fuel fee of 55 cents per mile round trip, starting past the 20th mile, rental car coverage is required for distances over 2 hours away, and airfare must be provided for distances over 4.5 driving hours away from Columbia, SC. Lodging is requested to be in the same hotel as the bride & groom (if applicable), or no more than a 2 mile radius away from their hotel and/or wedding venue. 1 double bed room must be provided to accommodate Jason Fields & any assistant/s traveling with him (per 2 persons). Lodging accommodations must be covered for weddings over 2 hours away from Columbia, SC. Lodging for weddings 2 or more hours away must be booked for the day before the wedding and/or for the night of the wedding, with check out the following morning. Any of these expenses not confirmed to be covered within 2 weeks prior to the wedding will potentially void the contract.
MAKEUP SERVICES:
If you need makeup services for your big day, I exclusively recommend www.paulajfields.com (912-266-2158), as her quality of skin care & makeup products/ services best suits my style of photography, lighting, and editing. To prevent the "flashback makeup effect" in your photos, I highly recommend her expertise! If you've seen photographs with makeup that you love on my website, Facebook, or Instagram page, it was most likely done by her.
